Strength Training Produces Profound Effects in Kids!

With this program, kids and teens have the option of doing a full half hour session just like adults or a 15-minute session as part of our Strong Kids Healthy Kids program.

  • Increased muscular strength
  • Enhanced bone density
  • Greater resistance to injury
  • Superior athletic performance
  • Decreased body fat
  • More self confidence and self esteem
  • Improved muscular and cardiovascular endurance

And a bunch more!

Curing Obesity

It is often thought that adolescent obesity is caused or hastened by physical inactivity. Research reveals that this stock notion is completely untrue. While physical activity is a must for youngsters, research indicates that (believe it or not) obese children are just as active as lean children. Research also indicates that strength training - not physical activity - is the single most effective exercise method for reversing adolescent obesity. This along with proper eating habits can dramatically alter a child's body composition.
