Abs that Awe
Having a powerful low back and abdominal structure is critical for enhancing performance in every sport or physical activity.
It's also crucial for keeping low back pain at bay and, in many cases, eliminating it.
Not to mention, it's downright sexy.
Our Abs That Awe program will leave you convinced you have muscles in your midsection you never knew existed. |

Focus:
Spine & Core Strength
Serious Strength Personal Training Studios specializes in lower back and neck strengthening exercises clinically demonstrated to reduce or eliminate chronic back and neck pain.
Significant relief from chronic low back and neck pain can be expected within the first month of this specialized exercise program.
Direct strengthening of the muscles that extend the spine reduce pain in two different ways.
- As the vertebra articulate rearward (extend) they perform "active traction." This active traction increases the distance between the vertebrae (both the front and rear) thus immediately relieving disc and nerve compression, hence, pain.
- As the muscles grow stronger over time, the increased tonus (strength) of the spinal muscles results in a permanent increase in vertebral space keeping the discs from being compressed and pressing on the spinal nerves.
After several weeks, as little as 1 session per month of this specialized strengthening program will maintain an individual's newly found strength and health. |
