FitTogether: Parent and Child Strength Training Program

How our Fit Together Program Works

On your first visit, you and your child will spend one hour with an instructor who will explain in detail exactly how the program works. Your instructor will play a 2 minute video of one of our young clients training on a machine so you can get a visual and clear idea of the Slow Burn protocol we use. A body composition analysis will be performed (unless you don’t want us to) with our BioAnalogics body composition machine.

The instructor will then bring you into the gym and instruct both of you through a handful of simple to learn exercises. Usually your child will perform six exercises and you, four. Depending on how your child feels, this can change as you see fit. Each subsequent session is 30 minutes long.

It’s a win/win scenario any way you look at it for both you and your child. Strength training together with your child supports their efforts, improves both of your bodies but most importantly, builds a new and dynamic relationship with your child you’ll cherish forever. A bond even stronger than powerful muscles!
